On Valentine's Day in 2000, the kids and I adopted a cat named Baby.

I will always be the girl next door.... I've been a single Mom since 1999. I've learned many valuable life lessons.. many taught to me, by my children. Some of the lessons have knocked me down, so low that I didnt think I could get back up. Some scared me to death and others made me laugh until my stomach hurt. Most made me realize that I am just like most people in this world... trying to survive the valleys of life... in order to appreciate the peaks, when they do come. It's all good. Michael and Amanda are my life. It seems as though their childhood was within a blink of an eye and although that part makes me so sad sometimes.. seeing that they have grown into such great young adults...makes me so proud and happy. My plans include growing old with Bob, the man that I love.
I am a hippie chick, tree hugger. I love nature and all of it's wonder.
I love to sing and recorded a song that I wrote 3 years ago. I really need to make more time for writing and singing.....

Bank Manager by day, Super Hero by night.. Uh.. wait, not really a Super Hero anymore. I gave that up years ago (religious reasons). Besides, I couldn't keep that darn cape clean and wrinkle-free.
